ACMC staff are available to meet with you once, in a retreat setting, or for multiple sessions over a longer period of time to provide tailored assistance to your local church. Through our network and years of field and church leadership experience we are prepared to provide a breadth of experience, training, and resources to help your church better learn, lead, send, and engage culture.

ACMC is partnering with 16:15 to provide in-depth coaching to local churches on a fee basis. We will coach your local church through a process that will bring focus to and increase the effectiveness of your mission efforts on the field and with your church’s internal mobilization efforts. Most ACMC staff members are certified 16:15 missions coaches. We will facilitate a multi-month process for your local church through a series of instructional and guided interaction meetings, with in-between meetings assignments. Through the meetings and assignments, we will lead you though 16:15’s 3-D (discovery, design, deploy) process. The end result will be distinctive purpose statement/vision statement/core values for your local church’s global outreach efforts, a clear road map and strategy for how you pursue your vision, and help in taking initial steps toward identifying key resources and ministry partners that will help you get there.
